Keep commas inside a field

The row Ada,"a,b" under headers name,note becomes an object with name “Ada” and note “a,b”. Quoted line breaks and doubled quote escapes are accepted.

Keep leading zeros

A CSV column containing 00123 remains the JSON string "00123". This avoids silently changing identifiers into numbers. Convert numerical fields explicitly in the application that consumes the output if that is what its schema requires.
