At InduParts, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy explains when products can be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products, provided that the return conditions listed below are met.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received. It must also be returned in its original packaging, including all labels, manuals, accessories, and documents where applicable.

Return conditions

Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving the order. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • The product must be unused and not installed
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • All accessories, labels, manuals, and documents must be included
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, invoice, or receipt, is required

Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged by the customer
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Special order or custom-requested products
  • Clearance or final sale items, unless defective
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable processing time. Please note that banks and payment providers may need additional time to complete the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by us.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or payment provider.

Then contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We replace products if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at europe@replikhurt.com before sending the product back.

Damaged or incorrect products

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.

After reviewing the issue, we will provide instructions for return, replacement, or refund.

Shipping returns

Before returning any product, please contact us by email at europe@replikhurt.com to receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product without tracking confirmation.

How to request a return
